Shared hand row gains a region-tag: tagged hands carry a cg-regions click map (cards -> (hand . i)) and a card-size slider in the same image. cg-core adds cg-mouse-action, cg-card-click, zoom commands, cg-card-scale (folded into cg-scale), and a cg-render-apply base for scale/zoom.
